Barbara, I agree with your assessment of the archetypal Feminine perspective. I learned that sometime ago but at the time I did not actually understand the why or even fully the what. I probably still don’t fully understand but I do fully appreciate this approach and the world is better for it … too bad there is not more of it.

Strangely in the 1980’s I attended an all female college in Virginia. No not a gender change … but they had an off campus program for working adults that also admitted men. This was one of my earliest experiences that began to help me understand the differences I was seeing in leadership.
