Hummmm … I wonder if as a citizen I could sue all of the Congressional members for failure to Defend the Constitution?

I once heard of a lawsuit from a consumer who broke a tooth on a foreign object in a can of beans. The beans were marked as a 100% pure beans (or something similar) and the lawyer came up with an indefensible strategy that said the person who broke their tooth was mislead and in fact the can did NOT contain 100% beans and essentially was a fraudulent claim.

Soooo … did every Congressional member who is NOT defending the Constitution commit fraud by misleading voters that they would because it was known their oath of office would require it?

Just a crazy thought … but we ARE living in a crazy age.
