I am an introvert and I think one other important trait is the ability to listen. I don’t feel the need to always be the first to propose an idea or thought. When you listen you have the ability to combine ideas and thoughts into a more comprehensive solution when it is your turn to talk.

Also, although I have not tested this hypothesis, I think maybe introverts are more naturally empathetic. At least it seems that way from my observation.

So when you combine introversion and empathy do you find more women at that intersection of personal traits? Many women lead from a different paradigm that can be very productive. Maybe this is a clue.

And yes I know women can also be extroverts.

So … I will be quiet now.
