I asked … And yep you did it … you wrote about penis size.

Interesting story.

I have never felt self conscious about my own penis size and I would say I am fairly small. I guess I am average for my stature but I am only 5 ft 5 inches tall. I did notice in high school gym class that I was smaller but most guys were also taller. Somehow I did not focus on my height or penis size.

Maybe some of this is related to overall personal self esteem and some related to incorrect perceptions of what is average.

I am an occasional social nudist and that too has not been a self conscious experience. That experience has helped lead me to the feeling that penises, breasts, fingers, toes, and other body parts are just that … another body part. It is our emotional perspective that makes a penis different from a finger. Seeing lots of “regular” people naked does give you a better perspective on body parts than a porn video.

But yes men have used their penis in violent crimes of rape and various forms of misogyny. And these are acts of violence usually against women that happen to be sexual. Patriarchy has come to play over the course of history and it has driven wars, suppression of women, and probably comparison of penis size as a measure of power … power against other men and power over women.

I think I mentioned the radio show by the adult film star Jessica Drake where she said big could be fun average was better most of the time. It seems that your experience, Maya, was similar. Big is not a universal indicator of pleasure.

We all need to remember that the brain is our best sex organ. That is why the experience with different partners varies so much. That is why some partners with average bodies are great lovers and others that are deemed as beautiful or well endowed turn out to be bad.

So keep ’em cuming … oops … I mean keep the articles coming.
