I live in KY and it appears with the mail in ballots and the in person we will have one of the highest turnouts on record for a primary. KY also had in person voting for many days before the election and many people (at least in my county) took advantage of that opportunity.
There were some problems but hopefully we will learn and have mail in voting in the general election in November and fix a few counties that had issues.
The Democratic Gov worked with the Republican Sec State to quickly get mail in ballots up and running. It seems that they were able to come to agreement fairly quickly and then put the agreement in motion.
On a side note I was making calls for Charles Booker and the team made about ONE MILLION CALLS in TWO DAYS (June 22-23). We did not talk to a million people because there are lots of hangups for political calls but he has energized some people.
