If you are into software development and like the Raspberry Pi platform you have a free choice for a very high level development system. I believe you can also use SQLite in this version.
Xojo gives away their Raspberry Pi development system.
If you want an off the shelf solution then this won’t help. But if you want to create something yourself it can create very sophisticated programs with a shorter learning curve than some other languages.
I am not associated with Xojo but I am an avid fan and user Xojo for some very large software development projects.
