I have never thought about denial in your terms. It does appear people simply don’t see what is happening because they have not yet crashed at the bottom.

As I think about those that I know that are denying climate change and other political events it truly is their paradigm that they are not “falling” and we are the bad actors by creating untrue drama about these subjects.

Boing … A lightbulb moment.
