Check with the psychologists about this one.

On Sunday POTUS Tweeted this:

This is classic projection of Trump’s view of himself …

• “CORRUPT POLITICIAN” — Check, Yes, For Sure
• “Probably a very sick man” — Absolutely, a malignant narcissist and more
• “Not paid the price, yet” — Yes just NOT YET

Trump will pay the price and does pay it everyday for the mental anguish he has each day as shown by the projection in his Tweets.

He has NEVER had many consequences for his past behavior even back to his childhood but some or all of his behavior in the White House is likely to catch up with him. This Tweet alone would indicate he does, at least subconsciously, understand how things are beginning to catch up to his behavior.
