Staying in the NOW helps me.

The past is filled with remorse of stuff done or not done.

The future is filled with anxiety of stuff to be done and possibly done wrong.

Use time to plan for the future and learn from the past but stay away from emotional time … by staying in the NOW.

And I use this every day …

“And I found that I can do it if I choose to — I can stay awake and let the sorrows of the world tear me apart and then allow the joys to put me back together different from before but whole once again.”

Thanks for the Buddhist reminders.
