The denial by Lyft is the same pattern of behavior by states not testing rape kits and men in power to have misogynistic behavior in general. Many states have backlogs and some are huge. My state, Kentucky, had a backlog of thousands of samples that were unprocessed but finally the KY AG got involved after he took office and the backlog is gone. Wow … testing kits is so basic but if the evidence is not tested then the perpetrator is given a “by” without even having to go to court.

So maybe you can find an attorney who can come up with a clever angle that they cannot wiggle out from under. Maybe you should sue them for false advertising … they claim safety but did not deliver. Or maybe the fact that they claim they hold drivers to a high standard but did not … again false advertising. Or maybe they lied about the ongoing criminal background checks. Or maybe paying the fare was fraud since they did not deliver you to the location requested.

Sorry some of us men are such sub-human creatures.
