I believe most serious economists are predicting major economic damage. Many business that have re-opened have now burned their stimulus money and won't have more that will be necessary to restart again because they have had to shutdown a second time.

The Republicans are saying no extension of the extra unemployment benefits past July. The future of work will be very different in America and the world. Many businesses will find they need less employees. Some can work from home if it is a skill set that allows remote work but many cannot.

Ahhhh ... selfish Americans. All for not wanting to wear a mask.
